GROUP RESERVATION PAYMENT

Description

Don’t forget to indicate YOUR NAME (name and surname) as well as the date and time of your reservation in the following fields in the form:

FIELD “Name and surname for the group reservation (NOT applicable for gift vouchers)”: Indicate the name of the person who made the reservation.

FIELD “Date and time of the group reservation (NOT applicable for gift vouchers)”: Indicate the date and time of your reservation.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

• The reservation will be confirmed after receipt of the 50 € payment as a deposit.
• On the payment receipt you must specify your name, booking date and hour of your reservation at the form fields you must fill.
• Deposit is a down payment of your reservation.
• Only cancellations or changes within a 48 hr. notice before the reservation date will be accepted for money return.

VERY IMPORTANT:

GO TO CIRCUIT’S RECEPTION DESK HALF AN HOUR BEFORE YOUR RESERVATION TO MAKE YOUR REGISTRATION.

Unless otherwise indicated in your reservation, under no circumstances we may guarantee exclusivity in the contracted service, this may be done independently or in a group with other users according to the criteria of the responsible staff, availability and/or capacity at the time of providing the service.

There is the possibility of closing an exclusive session if all available karts are completed by a single reservation.

KC Karts: 14 years
KC+ Karts: 16 years
KC MAX Karts: 18 years

(*Subject to height and with parental/maternal or responsible adult permission if under 18 years old).
